The Garage will be a 30,000 plus square foot community-focused food and market hall located in the heart of the development comprised of two authentic garage buildings sporting Art Deco terra-cotta facades that have large roll up doors allowing for an open air experience. Lease terms are flexible, vendors will range in size from 100 to 1,000 sq ft. This modern market will be active from morning until night, as a place to discover the best of Indianapolis' chefs and artisan craftsmen. We are curating an exceptional mix of users, such as coffee roasters, florists, brewers, food purveyors and artisans crafting locally-made products of all types.

There will be 143,340 square feet of retail space available on Massachusetts Avenue, College Avenue, 9th Street and Carrollton Avenue. Retail suites from 1,000 to 22,000 sq ft are available. The retail merchandising mix will include unique and exceptional local, regional and national tenants across a mix of restaurants, soft goods, entertainment, service, fitness and specialty retailers. The renewed streetscape will captivate with its gleaming Art Deco facades restored to their authentic beauty, along with exciting options for dining, playing and living every moment of the day.

There's more to the Bottleworks District residential units than just living.
