oVERVIEW + History
Opened in 2020, Bottleworks District has become a vibrant, sought-after community for businesses, entrepreneurs, and artists alike. Bottleworks Phase 1 combines the best of retail and entertainment, with local culinary artists and entrepreneurs to create a true melting pot at the end of Massachusetts Avenue.
The Garage, a 30,000 square-foot local-focused food and retail hall, anchors the project, occupying two of the bottling plant’s original garage buildings. The food hall features 1920s Art Deco terra-cotta facades, industrial architecture, with an indoor and outdoor dining experience.
Built for the modern traveler, the 139-key boutique Bottleworks Hotel occupies the top two floors of the historic Coca Cola building. In addition to a variety of luxurious guest rooms, the hotel features conference and event space for any organizations hospitality needs.

From bars and restaurants to an 8 screen movie theater and a retro duckpin bowling, the streetscape of the Bottleworks District has something for everyone. The retail and entertainment offerings include exceptional local, regional, and national operators that create a dynamic and vibrant environment for locals and visitors alike.
