Science-backed wellness concept brings contrast therapy and personalized recovery to Downtown Indy

Indianapolis, IN – (August 5, 2025) – Bottleworks District, the historic $300+ million
mixed-use development in downtown Indianapolis, proudly announces its newest Phase II tenant: SweatHouz (SWTHZ), an elevated contrast therapy studio offering a personalized approach to wellness.
SweatHouz specializes in science-backed contrast therapy, offering infrared sauna sessions, cold plunges and vitamin C showers, all designed to help individuals recover and optimize their health. Each session is carefully curated to meet the guest’s unique wellness goals, delivering a private, rejuvenating experience that’s right for them.

The new studio will be located at Building 9-12 on North College Ave., just north of Piedra and adjacent to the new Coke bottle cap mural. The space will span approximately 2,102 square feet.
