INDIANAPOLIS, IN (June 10, 2025) – Bottleworks District, the premier destination for dining, entertainment, and business in Indianapolis, proudly announces that Ice Miller, a leading national law firm first founded in the city, will relocate its flagship presence to the district as part of Phase III of the development. Located in a state-of-the-art, 85,000-square-foot build-to-suit office building, Ice Miller will occupy the entire building, solidifying Bottleworks District as a hub for business and community engagement.

“For more than a century, Ice Miller has enjoyed the good fortune to not only grow in tandem with the great city of Indianapolis, but to have a hand in our community’s growth,” said Ice Miller Chief Managing Partner Michael Millikan. “The time is right for the next step in our firm’s evolution, and I can’t imagine a better landing spot for our new home than the lively and forward-leaning Bottleworks District, a true jewel in the city’s crown.”

Scheduled for completion in 2028, the new building will replace the "Bottleworks Lot 2 Parking" at the northeast corner of the district at 10th and Bellefontaine Street. The 11-story building will feature six floors of public/private parking (335 stalls), with at least 100 spaces reserved for public use, ensuring no displacement of existing parking. The remaining five floors will be dedicated entirely to office space for Ice Miller, providing a modern, innovative workspace in the heart of the district.
